Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: 01/28/2025

1. Overview

At DIVVI, we are committed to delivering custom-developed payment integration solutions tailored to each client’s specific business needs. Please review our Fulfillment Policy carefully to understand how and when services are delivered.

2. Nature of the Service

All services provided by DIVVI are custom-built, involving specialized development, integration, and configuration work based on each client’s onboarding information and business requirements. Fulfillment does not refer to the delivery of a physical product but rather to the provision and deployment of a fully functional, integrated payment system.

3. Delivery Timeline

The standard timeline for fulfillment is as follows:
  • Initial delivery of the payment integration system will occur within a maximum of thirty (30) business days after the client has completed onboarding and provided all required information.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary based on the responsiveness of the client and the completeness of the submitted information.
Delays caused by missing or incorrect documentation from the client are not the responsibility of DIVVI.

4. Completion of Fulfillment

Fulfillment is considered complete when:
  • The custom payment page or system has been developed and deployed with the requested payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.).
  • The system has been made accessible to the client and confirmed functional in accordance with the agreed scope of services.

5. Technical Support and Limitations

DIVVI provides technical support for the systems we develop and implement. However:
  • We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or technical issues that occur on third-party payment platforms, including but not limited to Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay.
  • We cannot offer support or intervene if any of these platforms modify their policies, pricing, approval criteria, or technical capabilities.
  • If any provider or payment gateway decides unilaterally to suspend, limit, or terminate services for a particular business (e.g., Stripe or Klarna deciding not to work with a dental clinic), DIVVI will not be held liable. Our responsibility is limited to the initial development and integration process.

6. Required Client Information

To fulfill our services, DIVVI requires specific business information from the client, including business registration data, beneficial ownership details, and banking information. This information is necessary to:
  • Comply with payment processor onboarding requirements (including KYC and AML regulations).
  • Ensure proper account verification and platform approval.
  • Enable payout capabilities to the client’s business bank account.
  • Avoid delays or service interruptions due to incomplete or invalid account setup.

7. Force Majeure

DIVVI shall not be held responsible for fulfillment delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, technical failures of third-party platforms, regulatory changes, wars, pandemics, or service disruptions at payment gateways.
